1. Publisher and host

2. Purpose
PremierLeagueHell is a free fantasy football game based on the real results of the Premier League. These terms govern the use of the website and the app. Using the website means you accept these terms.
3. Account
Signing up is free. You choose a username, an e-mail address and a password, which you keep secret. One account per person. Offensive, discriminatory or misleading usernames are not allowed.
4. Virtual money, challenges and bets
The money, stakes, winnings and bets in the game are entirely virtual: they can't be bought, have no real value, and can't be exchanged or withdrawn. PremierLeagueHell is not a gambling website. The publisher may change the rules or settings, or reset game accounts, especially during test phases.
5. Fair play
Cheating (multiple accounts, exploiting bugs, automation), disrupting the website or harming other players is forbidden. Any breach may lead to the account being suspended or deleted.
6. Personal data
Only the data needed for the game is kept: username, e-mail address, password (encrypted) and game data. It is never sold or used for advertising, and no marketing e-mails are sent. The website only uses the cookies needed to log in. Under the GDPR, you can ask to access, correct or delete your data at the contact address above.
7. Intellectual property
Club and player names are only used to identify the real teams; they belong to their owners. PremierLeagueHell is not affiliated with or endorsed by the league, the football association or the clubs mentioned.
8. Liability
The website is provided "as is". The publisher does their best to keep the statistics accurate and the service available, but can't guarantee it, and can't be held liable for an interruption, a statistics error or the loss of game data.
9. Changes and governing law
